The membership of SCODA remained at around 15 action groups with 30 members each and 15 individual paralegal members for considerably long time. This has been attributed to the former registration level of SCODA and its low financial stability. At the same time SCODA has not enhance its activities to reach the wider catchment areas. An enhanced membership of SCODA will contribute to her sustainability by building strong human resource base.
The SCODA will in the life of this plan embark on membership mobilization and recruitments to be more representative of paralegals in Kenya. It will also seek to enhance its value to members by expanding some of the programmes to reach them, apart from improving on its system of information flow and exchange. This will encourage involvement and participation of members in the activities of the SCODA including the AGM.
